AI startup HappyRobot has secured $44 million in a Series B round led by Base10 Partners, bringing its total funding to nearly $62 million since launching in 2022. The company, which automates communications like rate negotiation and appointment booking for freight operators, is now reportedly valued at around $500 million.
With over 70 enterprise clients including DHL, Ryder, and Flexport, HappyRobot’s AI agents help streamline logistics tasks traditionally handled by human teams. The company credits its deep integration with freight systems and industry-specific focus for its rapid growth reporting a 10x revenue increase since its last funding round.
